Lessons and practice do not require cookies. Optional Google sign-in on the hosted website uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie lasting up to seven days and a ten-minute sign-in challenge cookie. Signing out removes the current session. Google manages its own cookies when you choose to sign in.

Your learning progress and preferences are saved in your browser’s local storage, not in cookies. You can remove them by clearing this site’s stored data in your browser settings.

The cookie notice remembers that you dismissed it for the current browser tab using session storage. Both buttons have the same effect and set no cookies.

The hosted website counts visits and estimates visitor countries from server access logs. This does not set cookies or request your device’s precise location.
